1. Acceptance

By using DxPhi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

DxPhi provides a pay-as-you-go price intelligence API. You receive 100 free requests per month; additional requests are billed against your wallet balance.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use DxPhi to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute raw data at scale without prior written agreement
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API infrastructure
• Violate any applicable law or third-party terms of service

4. Billing & Wallet

• Wallet credits are non-refundable except where required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment or abuse

5. Rate Limits

We enforce rate limits to ensure fair usage. Exceeding limits may result in temporary suspension of your API key.

6. Disclaimer

DxPhi provides pricing data on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees of accuracy or availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
